Hi fellow blog-checkers.......

Ni Hao!

I didn't enter with 'Dear Journal' this time because I have somethings really bad to tell you this time.

Bad things happening right now and during today:

  1. I had to run the mile today (4 laps around our huge track) (P.S. It took me 14 minutes to run 1 mile at school).
  2. I had nutella (chocolate spread) on a gramcracker and all I get is a bump on my lip maybe saying that I am alergic to one of them and a ice pack on my big old bump.

Good things that happened right now and during the day:

  1. Everybody in both 5AH (other class), 5KC (my class), and Hannah, my best 5TM friend, were cheering me on while I run pass the finish line by myself because I am the last one to finish running (I was expecting teasing because I am soo unfit (unlike everybody else) and people yelling at me for making them wait 2 minutes so I could finish running).
  2. It is time for dinner! And my mom made my favorite, Pasta and Tomato Sauce!

Well, now it is dinner and I thing they are starting without me!

Bye! Wish me luck with my lip and my report card!

Stay my friend

Dear Journal,
Sorry I didn't write for along time but are you still my friend? I hope so!

5 Things that I did this weekend:

  1. I went to Caroline's house for a play date.
  2. I went out to lunch to a place called Wagas.
  3. I went to a Halloween party with Jacob.
  4. I got a new music video on iTunes.
  5. I tried 5 new foods in 1 minute.

5 Things I did at Caroline's house:

  1. We made a mattress slide on the stairs.
  2. I watched Nickelodeon for the first time in 16 months.
  3. I ate Kraft mac + cheese for lunch.
  4. Hannah and Anna came over.
  5. We video taped each other dancing.

What am I doing?

I am listening to High School Musical 3 music and writing on my blog.

Where am I?

In my room.

When?

4:55

Why am I here?

Because I wanted to right on my blog.

Something I am really happy about:

I got the part of the mayor in the play Rats!

( I wanted the part of Pennywinkle, but Caroline got that part. Hannah got the part of the Pied Piper!)

Have a happy Halloween and first week of November!

Sincerely,

Hi Again! Quickly I want to say......

Dear Journal,

Hi again! I just got back 15 minutes ago from Italian Night (yumyum!) and I finished my Landforms homework (can you believe I have homework during IOWA week?), so I ran to the computer and logged on.

Something about my day (quickly).......

  1. I had IOWA's
  2. I had P.E.
  3. I had a mexican lunch
  4. I came home on the bus without my sweater accidentally
  5. I went to Hebrew School with Jack and the gang
  6. I came home listening to my iPod
  7. I had an Italian dinner at Raquets
  8. I came home talking to my mom about the old 'Streak' song (I had the 1970's for my Social Studies project).
  9. I did my Landforms homework, making a birds-eye view sketch of my bedroom
  10. I came to the computer to type on my blog
  11. I heard my brother screaming about my dad not coming to help him with burning a disk on his computer.
  12. I keep typping....and typping.....and STOP!

Well, that was basicly my day, and thats how my Wednesday's usually are when I have Hebrew School.

I have to read. It is almost 9:00. I have to get rest for the last day of IOWA's (not!).

Sincerely,

TEST!!!

Dear Journal,

This entry is dedicated to my teacher Ms Campbell because it is all about ME DISLIKING AND LIKING THE IOWA TESTING!!!

#1 Thing I don't like about the IOWA is.....

It is soo quite and I am a LOUD person! I can't take it!!

#2 Thing I don't like about the IOWA is.....

It is soo frustrating and you are soo nervous, even know that the results are not going on your report card, which I am getting on Halloween!!

#3 Thing I don't like about the IOWA is.....

Sooo long! And short! For spelling, capatilization, and punctuation, you only get 12 minutes for the test! Reading Comprehension is 2 parts and each for 25 minutes! Some tests feel like a century and some tests feel like 30 seconds!

#1 Thing I like about the IOWA is.....

It doesn't go on your report card!! YEAH!!

#2 Thing I like about the IOWA is.....

You can read when your done! I LOVE READING!!

#3 Thing I like about the IOWA is.....

NO HOMEWORK THE WHOLE WEEK!!!!

Well, only 2 more days of this disliking and liking thing about I..O..W..A..'s. Plus tomorrow I start LAnd forms with Ms. Kyle. She is a new SAS teacher.

He is a wanter of everything.
He is a want-to-be-winner.

First Day of School! First Day of School!

Dear Journal,

Last Thursday was my first day of school. I had a great first day leading up to my moms favorite part of the day, 'telling' her about school. But I've had a resonable amount of homework and lots of fun games!

My teachers name is Ms. Campbell, from Boston, Mass. She lived in Spain for a while and started teaching 5th grade in year 2000. She is a great teacher that has a funny personality and puts hard things in easy ways. As always, a teacher should be just like that but she puts in a 11 out of 10 when she does her teaching!

As well as all my other teachers I've had since I was 5, I would like to thank them all for helping me get to this point ( Miss. Farber, Ms. Chapple, Ms. Flannery, Ms. Solomon, Ms. Sealey).

See you next time when you'll here Goldie say...
"Oh, that herts!"

Over and Out!
Sincerely,
Goldie Davoudgoleh
